Your aligners are then fabricated using this model. Finally, once ready, you’ll have to put the aligner trays in your mouth just like a whitening tray or retainer. You should only remove your tray when you eat or clean your teeth. Each successive tray represents the next step in your alignment treatment. You have to wear the trays in the correct order, and the total number of trays and time it takes to complete depends on the kind of misalignment you have, along with the severity of your condition. Generally speaking, it takes around 20-29 sets to complete an alignment treatment.
